About Reaching Expectations

Reaching Expectations was founded by Raylon M Wilson and Debbie Onukwube-Wilson.  We have both been serving the community, and working with a variety of diverse people for 10+ years. Together we came to together to develop "Reaching Expectations." We look to renovate the way services are executed, represented, and transmitted. We take a diverse approach to meet the needs of the community through mental and behavioral wellness.
