The Support You Need

The journey to optimal health and wellness requires an integrative approach. Raylon utilizes concepts of Cognitive Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Strengths Perspectives to empower clients. Additionally, Raylon utilizes Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration (PHRI) to assist individuals with processing their psychedelic experiences to improve their quality of life. Below are specific treatment methods:

Individual Therapy

The overarching goal of individual psychotherapy is to support the individual in achieving greater psychological health, personal growth, and overall well-being.

Couples Therapy

By providing a safe and supportive environment for couples to explore their relationship dynamics, couples therapy aims to help partners overcome challenges, deepen their connection, and build a strong and resilient partnership.

Group Therapy (Later Date)

Overall, the goal of group therapy is to create a collaborative and empowering environment where individuals can explore, learn, and grow together, ultimately leading to improved mental health and well-being.
