Aetna, Cigna, Florida Blue (Out of Network), Medicare, Optum, Oscar Health, UBH General, and UnitedHealth Care (UHC) are insurances accepted by our therapist. Self-Pay is also an option, as well as a sliding scale if you are eligible.

Couples rates are $170
Sliding Scale: apply if you may be eligible.
Payment
MasterCard/Visa credit cards and Health Savings Account are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel a scheduled appointment, otherwise, $75 dollar fee will be charged.
