Before Your Visit

Reaching Expectations LLC strives to offer you unyielding support and perspective when you need to transcend your inner challenges and rise to your true potential. Please review the following information to know what to expect from us on your journey.

Insurance 

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (Virtual), and Cigna are insurances accepted by our therapist. Self-Pay is also an option.

 

Please check your coverage carefully by calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions:

  • Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • Is precertification or preauthorization required?

Financial 

Fees

I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you.

$0-200 per session

Your estimated cost might change as we learn more details about your coverage, such as whether you've met your deductible.

Self-pay:

Individual rates are $165 

Couples rates are $165

Payment

MasterCard/Visa credit cards and Health Savings Account are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel a scheduled appointment, otherwise, $75 dollar fee will be charged.
