Insurance
Our therapist accepts a wide range of insurances, including Aetna, AvMed, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Florida Blue (in-network beginning February 29, 2025), Medicare, Optum, Oscar Health, Oscar Small Group, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, TriCare, UMR, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), UHC Medicare, and United Behavioral Health (UBH). Additionally, he is a participating provider in the VA Community Care Network (CCN). For those without insurance, self-pay options are available, and a sliding scale fee may be offered to eligible clients.

Sliding Scale: apply if you may be eligible.
Payment
MasterCard/Visa credit cards and Health Savings Account are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel a scheduled appointment, otherwise, $75 dollar fee will be charged.
